Due to her well documented temperament issues, we made the decision to move this filly to Port Elizabeth where the training facilities offer more of a tranquil setting as opposed to the hustle and bustle at Summerveld. The plan seems to have worked and she is now ready for her first test at Fairview. With that said, it has been a challenge to find the right race for her and this 1400m event should be a touch on the far side. She is the half-sister to the Cape speedster, Russet Air, which further confirms her affinity for the sprints, so it will be a surprise to see her win this.

With that said she is loaded with ability and on class alone, we’ll be hoping that she gives a decent account of herself.

Winning Form Comment: Moderate handicap debut in this class but won penultimate on this surface.
