Raced over 1200m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. Finished 9th out of 11 runners.

November 26th, 2022
SASHAY AWAY travelled to the Highveld to race in the JOBURG TOURISM MAGNOLIA HANDICAP (Grade 3) (For Fillies and Mares). Unfortunately, she pulled up sore, and probably found the company too strong for her. She will now have a well earned break.
October 16th, 2022
355 – SASHAY AWAY wins Race 6 which is the Hollywood Foundation MR 94 Handicap over 1200m on the PinkDrive meeting at Hollywoodbets Greyville this afternoon. She quickened up well and drew clear of the opposition under Winning Form-sponsored Richard Fourie. She is now a three-time winner and is trained by Hollywoodbets-sponsored Peter Muscutt.
September 19th, 2022
Raced over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Greyville on the polytrack. Finished 2nd out of 6 runners.
Anthony Delpech post-race comment: Moved up like a winner and pricked her ears as she hit the front and stopped which cost her the race. She will need a pair of blinkers and maybe come back to a 1200m.
August 26th, 2022
She failed by a nostril at Greyville last week. She has come through it very well and will run next in a F&M MR 92 handicap over 1400m on 19/9/22 on the Greyville poly.
August 19th, 2022
Raced over 1200m at Hollywoodbets Greyville on the turf (Global Team Horse Racing Event). Finished 2nd out of 8 runners (jockey in blue silks). She was touched off by fellow Hollywood Syndicate runner Caralluma on the line.
Anthony Delpech post-race comment: Unlucky not to have got her head down at the winning post. Good run.
July 27th, 2022
Raced over 1200m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. Finished 6th out of 9 runners.
Anthony Delpech post-race comment: Good run. She was slightly interfered with and she could have finished closer.
July 20th, 2022
Put up a very pleasing gallop last week showing a lot more speed than she has for some time as registered on her Arioneo tracker. She certainly doesn’t look like a sprinting daughter of Var, tending more in looks to her stoutly bred dam. However I think the Var influence is predominant in her so I am reverting back to a sprint trip over 1200m at Scottsville next Wednesday with her in an open MR 99 handicap with Richard Fourie booked to ride.
June 20th, 2022
Raced over 1700m at Hollywoodbets Greyville on the polytrack. Finished 4th out of 6 runners.
Anthony Delpech post-race comment: I feel she would have been better with some cover. Not a bad run, she may be better over 1400m.
May 7th, 2022
Raced over 1600m at Hollywoodbets Greyville in the Grade 2 WSB Fillies Guineas. Anthony Delpech post-race comment: She ran her heart out, but I don’t feel she is in this class at present.
April 3rd, 2022
Raced over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Greyville. Anthony Delpech post-race comment: She had a bad start and was out of her ground in a slow run race. I feel in considering all those factors she ran a great race, she was also way out at the weights. She was blowing quite heavily when she got back, so she should come on from the run.
January 11th, 2021
Update from Peter Muscutt: Sashay Away has unfortunately developed another abscess in her foot from the persistent rain we have had. Being a white footed horse she is clearly susceptible to this. She is a quality filly in the making and will be able to compete in black types events over the season.
December 19th, 2021
257 – SASHAY AWAY wins the fifth race at Hollywoodbets Greyville over 1400m today. She was returning from a 20-week break, but showed her class and guts to get over the line in front. She is trained by Hollywoodbets-sponsored Peter Muscutt and ridden to victory by Warren Kennedy.
July 31st, 2021
She took her chances in the Grade 2 Prosport International Debutante. She played up in the starting stalls before the race and was bleeding from the nose, post-race. She is much better than the effort suggests and she return to best form in her next outing.
July 27th, 2021
Sashay Away, far side, strong through the line this morning ahead of her run in the Debutante Stakes on Saturday over 1200m at Hollywoodbets Greyville. She is a progressive filly who is probably looking for further. However she deserves to take her chance at some black type now. She is drawn awkwardly which doesn’t make her task easy but with a bit of luck in transit she can feature. See footage here.
July 18th, 2021
She followed up her promising debut effort with an impressive victory over 1200m at Hollywoodbets Greyville. The daughter of Var was given a confident ride by Donovan Dillon and trained to perfection by Peter Muscutt. Well done to the breeders Lammerskraal Stud. See the replay here.
May 23rd, 2021

SASHAY AWAY (closest to the camera) sprinting up at Summerveld. She is moving nicely and continues to show promise. She is strengthening up well and the stable are happy with the way that she is progressing.
March 18th, 2021
Sashay Away (aka Blueberry Lane) going through the stalls this morning. She did everything right, loaded unaided, stood quietly and jumped away on terms. She was a little green thereafter but that will improve drastically with the experience under her belt, ahead of her next gallop in 10 days time. She is not your typical Var though and being a scopier type she probably won’t find herself just yet. She is however strengthening and maturing nicely and the stable are very happy with the direction she is heading in.
February 2nd, 2021
Sashay Away (Blueberry Lane), far side, strong at the end of her workout this morning. She continues to progress well and is showing good speed in her work. She is not your typical Var, in that she is a much scopier type standing over ground as opposed to the short coupled sprinting type. She still has a bit of growing to do and is just starting to feel her shins. The stable will give her a short break now and send her out for 3 weeks to allow nature to assist with her maturity phase.
January 21st, 2021
Sashay Away (previously known as Blueberry Lane) is starting to turn into an athletic filly and appears to be coming to hand relatively quickly. Here she is the morning, at stables, after a a solid workout earlier in the morning.
January 12th, 2021
Sashay Away (Blueberry Lane), near side, getting out of third gear for the first time today. She is progressing well as she strengthens and gets fitter. She appears to have good natural speed and does everything right at this stage.
December 16th, 2020
Sashay Away (aka Blueberry Lane), near side, cantering this morning. She has settled in really well to her new home at Summerveld. She is learning the ropes quickly now. She is growing and furnishing nicely, has a good attitude and moves well. Her work load will increase from next week now that she has learnt the basics.
October 19th, 2020
From an exceptionally strong Lammerskraal Stud family, this filly has progressed very well over the past 3 months and she should be one of our early two-year olds to debut for the Hollywood Syndicate.
