Iphiko will be travelling to the Robbie Dawson farm tomorrow for a rest, so she can heal from a sore back which has been troubling her for a while. We believe a rest is the only thing that will heal the problem.

She made her debut over 1000m on the Vaal Classic course this afternoon. She lost two lengths coming out the gates and was reported to be not striding out. She still has plenty of scope and there should be plenty of improvement to come from the daughter of Trippi.

This filly has come a long way since joining up with the Mike De Kock team. Having started out in Di De Kocks “nursery”, she is now ready to begin phase two of her prep and should be joining up with Mike De Kock in the next few weeks.
