The Dam, House Of Lorraine, is inbred to Saddlers Wells and that seems to be a contributing factor to the success of this colts full sister Springs Of Carmel who is a multiple black-type earner already. He is an early type and should feature in a few of the first baby races towards the end of 2020.

Raced over 1700m at Hollywoodbets Greyville on the turf. Anthony Delpech post-race comment: Jockey Craig Zackey said that he was over racing in the early part of the race and feels he will be better coming back in distance. He moved up like he was going to have a winning chance, but did not go through with his run.

Raced over 1200m at Hollywoodbets Greyville on the turf. Muzi Yeni post-race comment: He is at his best over further.

He was having his first run after the gelding over 1200m at Hollywoodbets Greyville. He stayed on nicely to finish fourth and will be at his best over 1400m. He will come on from this outing and there is more to come from the son of Captain Of All. See the replay here.

He raced over 1700m on the polytrack at Hollywoodbets Greyville today. He was a tad disappointing as he did not go on with his effort in the home straight. The son of Captain Of All will now be gelded, which should do him the world of good. See the replay here.

He took his place in a 1400m event at Hollywoodbets Scottsville this afternoon. He moved up well and stayed on nicely to finish third. The son of Captain Of All is showing signs of needing further, but it should not be long before he finds himself in the winner’s enclosure.

This son of Captain Of All has progressed well since being purchased off the Klawervlei Farm Sale back in June this year. A full brother to the black-type winning Springs Of Carmel, he should debut relatively early. Here he is having his first bit of easy pace work, on the far side.

This colt has always shown signs that he will be an early type and he is certainly taking every challenge in his stride. The spring season has allowed him to flourish and if all goes to plan he should go into one of the first two-year old races in December or early January 2021.
