A smart filly in the form of Travelling Light (pictured), lines up in the 1st race on the card and we have been looking forward to this debut for some time. She is a nicely bred filly by Gimmethegreenlight, who has shown plenty of speed at home and in her barrier trial. We believe she is one of the big hopes of the stock we purchased last year and although she will need the run and benefit immensely from the experience, she should give a very good account of herself. She looks a nice each way bet.

He didn’t have much luck in the running of his last start at Greyville, but he is currently in a good place and his work in the last week has been encouraging. We are taking our chances dropping him back to the 1200m for this outing, but the Scottsville 1200m is a tough sprint and he should be doing his best work late. It is a wide open race, but he can run a place.
