Raced over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Greyville in the Grade 2 Independent On Saturday Drill Hill Stakes. Anthony Delpech post-race comment: He was given a poor ride from Craig Zackey. It’s impossible to expect the horse to run any kind of race after cutting each other’s throats throughout the race.

Raced in the Grade 3 WSB Merchants over 1160m at Turffontein. Sean Tarry post-race comment: It was a pleasing run. I felt that his undoing was that he stood so long in the starting stalls and he didn’t ping the gates. I am happy with him and was happy with his run.

Raced in the Grade 2 Allied Steelrode – Onamissionmile over 1600m at Turffontein. Anthony Delpech post-race comment: He overcame a poor draw well, but was keen without cover. He is a horse that needs a good draw so that he can get cover and relax. He will then give you a better performance.

He ran a very good race when finishing third over 1200m at the Vaal. He raced from just off the pace and stayed on strongly all the way to the line. He will be aimed at a feature race at the end of the month and this run has shown that he is in a good space.
