He disappointed last time out on the dirt, when it was reported that he was not striding out. That was after notching the double, having won on his handicap debut on the Greyville Poly in his penultimate start. He has a clear affinity for that surface, with both of his career wins coming in just 4 attempts. He returns to the turf today, where he doesn’t seem to put his best foot forward. With that said, he is doing well at home and he gets the services of the 4kg claiming apprentice. From a handy position, he will be looking to mount a challenge late on and can run a place.
Winning Form Comment: Had excuses in Kimberley last time. Apprentice claim will help and chance on previous.
