Raced over 1600m on the Vaal Classic course. Finished 8th out of 8 runners.

He won the sixth race on the Vaal Classic course this afternoon. He was settled at the rear of the field and the manner in which he ran on to win was impressive. He has notched up his second career victory and there is definitely more to come. He is trained by Hollywoodbets-sponsored Clinton Binda and was ridden by Gavin Lerena. Well done to the breeders Ridgemont Highlands.

He was returning from a 35-week break and raced in a 1200m event on the Turffontein Inside course. He was not disgraced and finished fourth, 1.9 lengths behind the winner. He will come on with the run under his belt and should go close to winning next time.

A strong and racy type, he is coming along well and should have his debut towards the end of the season. He has had two grass gallops to date and he gave the impression that he just needs to strengthen up a touch. In addition, he had an elevated temperature for a few days in March and a forced spell of box rest has delayed his preparation further.
