He’s been disappointing in his last two starts, but he took on much stronger opposition last time and this significant drop in class should draw some improvement out of him. Jeffrey Syster claims the 2,5kg off his back and with this being his 2nd run after a short rest, he should strip a lot fitter now. With a decent tempo out in front, we’ll be expecting him to be in the top 5 or 6.

If no improvement is shown this time around, this will be his last start for the Hollywood Syndicate. With that said, he steps up to the 1200m trip this time around and we’ll be hoping for a more sedate gallop compared to what he has been up against.
