Hollywoodbets Greyville

Race 7 – 15:40
1400m – Venilla Mangaroo Merit Rated 60 Handicap (F&M)

13 – Not Now Pussycat (pictured)
Trainer: Gary Rich
Jockey: Reserve Runner
Wgt: 61.0kg
Draw: * (15 Runners)
Predicted Betting: 5/1

She loved the step up in trip last time out, when touched off into 2nd by less than half a length. She is the first reserve here and if she gets a run, over the same course and distance as her last start, she will go very close to winning this.

Winning Form Comment: Best MR:77. Gutsy latest over this C&D. Can earn her third career triumph.

Race 8 – 16:15
1200m – Raf Sheik Merit Rated 79 Handicap

3 – Binary Star
Trainer: Alyson Wright
Jockey: Lyle Hewitson
Wgt: 57.0kg
Draw: 3 (15 Runners)
Predicted Betting: 10/1

He returns to the poly track after that stellar performance when winning last time out on the turf and his chances will be boosted by the engagement of Lyle Hewitson who takes the mount. Another positive is the fact that he has finally landed a very useful draw and the plan will be to settle him just behind the leading line. If continuing his recent run of form, he should be one of the leading contenders at the business end.

Winning Form Comment: Best MR:91. Found betting support when winning latest. May prefer the turf.

Race 9 – 16:50
1200m – Hollywoodbets Bright Future Merit Rated 68 Handicap

3 – Jerry The Juggler
Trainer: Cliffie Miller
Jockey: Tristan Godden
Wgt: 54.5kg
Draw: 3 (15 Runners)
Predicted Betting: 4/1

Off a current mark of 57, he has slipped to a very competitive merit rating and is starting to look very well set up to land his 2nd career win soon. The blinkers come off this time around and the stable are confident that he will improve on his last run, when finishing 5th (2,75-lengths behind the winner). Tristan Godden retains the ride from another useful draw and if all goes to plan he should have nice chance of fighting out the finish.

Winning Form Comment: Blinkers OFF. Best MR:75. Is 2kgs better off at the weights with number 8 on latest. Follow.
