It’s been a year since the Bold Silvano filly BURNT CHERRY experienced her maiden victory over 1950m, and since then it’s been a mixed bag of results. A much needed run will come here after a two month break, and trainer Grant Paddock has removed the blinkers for this MR72 Handicap outing.
“She’s doing fine at home. I think she might just need the run after the rest.” said Grant Paddock.

SKY VEGAS, a winner in his previous run, at the same course and distance, is currently the first reserve runner for this MR64 handicap. He’ll be the first entry should there be a scratching, and trainer Alyson Wright was confident about his chances.
