VIDEO – ISIVUNGUVUNGU takes his place in the 2024 Prevagen Breeders Cup Turf Sprint at Del Mar Racetrack in San Diego, California this Saturday 2nd November. The $1 million sprint over 5 furlongs (1000m) on the turf brings together the fastest sprinters in the world to battle it out for World Championship glory. ISIVUNGUVUNGU is the the Zulu/Xhosa word for Storm, and like a violent tempest, this horse is looking to leave a path of destruction in his wake. This video was put together in South Africa, with a voice-over by Xhosa rugby commentator Kaya Malotana. Enjoy the powerful message as this son of African soil makes his mark on the world stage.

The son of Silvano was drawn widest of all and was given a perfect ride by Sporting Post-sponsored Jockey Sean Veale.
