Basically is is about The Pied Piper of Hamelin, who was tasked with removing all the rats from the town of Hamelin and used his musical pipe and they followed him away. He wasn’t paid by the town so in response he used his musical pipe to lead all away all the town children and they were never seen again. This horse can hopefully be in the lead with all the other horses following him all the time.”
